Boomerang presenta le sue serie in 3D
Il secondo weekend di “Cartoon sotto le stelle” si conclude stasera con quattro serial animati in 3D offerti dal canale satellitare Boomerang, perfette per il pubblico dei più piccini: Garfield, Casper, Pet Alien e Sam Sam!

Garfield trascorre le sue giornate a poltrire sul divano e a giocare con il suo amico Odie, un beagle sempre felice e un po’ tonto. Adora mangiare pizza e come tutti i gatti ha uno spirito indipendente: infatti non risponde mai quando il suo padrone Jon lo chiama, a meno che non ci sia un piattone di lasagne ad attenderlo. È convinto che i gatti appartengano ad una razza superiore, ma al contempo ha un cuore d’oro e non vuole che accada niente di brutto ai suoi amici umani, a Odie e al suo orsacchiotto di pelouche Pooky. Non sopporta i topi, i ragni e i Lunedí, ma in compenso ha molti “hobbies”, come spaventare il postino o esibirsi in recite notturne dalla cima della recinzione di casa. Il gattone ha una relazione di amore-odio con una micia di nome Arlene, che però non sopporta il suo egocentrismo: Garfield pensa che il mondo intero ruoti intorno a lui ed è sempre pronto a far emergere il suo straripante ego. La sua filosofia di vita potrebbe essere riassunta con una frase: “Io non ho sempre ragione ma non sbaglio mai!”. Tutte queste caratteristiche, unite alla sua cinica ironia, fanno di Garfield un moderno (anti)eroe, un personaggio senza complessi, vicino alla quotidianità.
Garfield spends his days lounging on the sofa and playing with his friend Odie, an ever happy and a bit thick beagle dog. He loves eating pizza and, like most cats, has a free spirit: as a matter of fact, he never answers back when his owner Jon calls him, unless there is a huge dish of lasagne waiting for him. He is firmly convinced that cats belong to a superior species, but nevertheless he has a heart of gold and would never want anything bad to happen to his human friends, to Odie and to his teddy-bear Pooky. He can not stand mice, spiders and Mondays, but on the other hand, he has several “hobbies” such as frightening the postman or performing in night shows from the top of the house fence. The huge cat has a love-and-hate relationship with a female cat named Arlene, that does not tolerate his self-centeredness: Garfield thinks that the whole world spins around him and he is always ready to let his overflowing ego come out. His philosophy of life could be summed up in a phrase: “I’m not always right, but I’m never wrong!”. All these features, together with his cynical irony, turn Garfield in a modern (anti)hero, a character with no problematics at all, very close to everyday life.

PET ALIEN – GLI ALIENI PAZZESCHI

Tommy Cadle vive una vita serena e tranquilla finché un giorno, inaspettatamente, cinque buffi alieni irrompono nella sua casa e cominciano a mettergliela sottosopra.
Non li si può certo biasimare! Hanno appena lasciato un noiosissimo pianeta nel lontano spazio e sono arrivati in un accogliente… faro (ovvero la casa del piccolo Tommy) con tante novità da scoprire. Immaginate quanto potreste essere emozionati e moltiplicatelo per 1000.
Tommy, terrorizzato da questo incontro ravvicinato del terzo tipo, corre in cima al faro e… cade. Fortunatamente un piccolo alieno verde chiamato Dinko riesce a salvarlo. Nasce così una bella amicizia e il piccolo umano ha un nuovo cucciolo… alieno.
Storie autoconclusive, buffe avventure e coloratissima grafica in 3D sono il mix vincente di questa serie, adattissima per il pubblico dei più piccoli.
Tommy Cadle used to live a quiet life until one day, unexpectedly; five funny aliens break in his house and start messing everything up.
No one could really blame them! They have just left a very boring planet in the faraway space and have landed in a cozy… lighthouse (namely, litte Tommy’s house) with so many new things to discover. Figure how excited you could be and multiply that to one thousand!
Tommy, scared about this close encounter of the third kind, runs up to the top of the lighthouse and… falls down.
Fortunately a small green alien named Dinko saves him. It is the start of a beautiful friendship and the little human has a new… alien pet.
Stories with an end, funny adventures and a colourful 3D graphics are the successful ingredients of this series suitable for an audience of small children.

Sam Sam vive in uno strano pianeta abitato da creature straordinarie, metà mostri e metà marziani. Figlio di supereroi, tra scuola, famiglia e amici, questo bimbo un po’ speciale affronta coraggiosamente ogni nemico e aiuta chiunque si trovi in pericolo. Il nostro protagonista è dotato di diversi superpoteri, tra cui la supervista, il superudito e un cappello magico che gli permette di volare raggiungendo in un batter d’occhio chi ha bisogno di lui. Ha anche una strana macchina che lo fa viaggiare attraverso lo spazio e buffe armi che lo aiutano a sconfiggere i mostri.
Le sue straordinarie avventure e gli scontri con i mostri più forti e cattivi, gli servono a crescere e a acquistare sempre maggiore fiducia in se stesso perfezionandosi nel ruolo di supereroe, a cui sembra destinato. Al suo fianco, l’inseparabile orsetto Sam Teddy che, come un fratello più piccolo, lo accompagna in ogni missione. Ci sono poi Fagiolino, il miglior amico di Sam Sam, un buffo alieno verde scappato da Marte e dal terribile tiranno che opprime il pianeta, e Puzzo Zozzo, un bizzarro essere amante dei rifiuti e dei bidoni della spazzatura, un po’… maleodorante ma sicuramente un grande, originalissimo compagno di giochi. Nel Cosmomondo di Sam Sam non potevano mancare delle fantastiche supereroine, tra cui Super Juliet, una fanciulla graziosissima e molto coraggiosa, che sa sempre come ottenere ciò che desidera.
Sam Sam lives on a strange planet inhabited by extraordinary creatures, half monsters and half martians. Son of superheroes, at school or with his family and friends, this somehow special child bravely faces every enemy and helps whoever finds itself in danger. Our leading character is provided with different superpowers, a supersight and a superhearing and a magic hat with which he can fly, reaching fast whoever needs his help. He has a strange machine, too, that allows him to travel through space and odd weapons with which he defeats the monsters.
His extraordinary adventures and the clashes with the most frightening and powerful monsters help him to grow up and gain self-confidence, while improving his role of superhero for which he definitely seem to be destined. At his side, the inseparable teddy bear Sam Teddy, accompanying him in every mission as if it were his younger brother. Moreover, Petit Pôa, Sam Sam’s best friend, a funny alien runaway from Mars and from the terrible tyrant persecuting the planet and Crapouille, a bizarre being in love with trash and with rubbish bins, a little… foul-smelling but definitely a great, very original playmate. In Sam Sam’s Cosmoworld, fabulous superheroines could not fail, like Super Julie, a very cute and fearless young girl that knows exactly how to always obtain what she longs for.
