The Goblins' Den

La Tana dei Goblin (Goblin's Den) is a group of recreational associations all over Italy, continually spreading, working non-profit with the common aim to develop the culture for a “smart game”, referring particularly to board games, card games and role-playing games.
In over ten years activity, Goblins' Den has worked in the field of recreation, arranging its own events and cooperating with other associations and with the organizations of the most popular recreation events.
Rimini's association, Torre di Corno Bianco (White Horn Tower), founded in January 2010 by four friends and immediately affiliated to the Goblins' Den, was born to gather and give headquarters to the recreational reality of the Riminese area and to the Valmarecchia’s. In countertrend with the present recreational reality that tends to develop the solitary entertainment, the association presents a kind of alternative culture with the “smart game” that the audience can test during Riminicomix.
During the three days, tournaments and demos will take place giving the opportunity to try for free one of the many available games... Watch out, they could cause addiction!
The programme foresees six official tournaments: three wargames and three boardgames. During the whole time, ad-libbed tournaments will take place to give the audience the chance to get acquainted with this expanding reality and experiment with the process of these games.

LIVE ROLE PLAYING GAMES
During the three days of Riminicomix, it is foreseen that live role-playing games are organized, thanks to the cooperation of two associations: the Squadra dei Falchi (Falcon Team) and Penumbra.
La Squadra Dei Falchi (Falcon Team) is a national association for live role-playing games, presenting monthly events in the picturesque fortified village of Gradara, in the Marche region.
The FT is characterised by its Renaissance-Fantasy setting, violent and tough, where monstrous, magical creatures are faced by brave warriors and grim arcane devotees, where nobles and tyrants weave their intrigues and betrayal webs, where weakened and forceless Churches fight against heretical and blaspheme worship, where genial though crazy inventors create overwhelming devices.

Penumbrais an association of live role-playing games of a modern setting; present in the area of Rimini for two months now but already with a lot of affiliates in its wake. Their game is rather original! They often play downtown in Rimini, among common people, without anybody noticing it: the vampyres must not be recognized.
