15th "SIGNOR ROSSI " Award
Dedicated to animation films made by students of animation cinema schools and universities from all over the world.
A qualified Jury, composed by Italian and International experts, closely examine the works coming from schools from all over the world, and assigns the “Signor Rossi Award”, consisting in a statuette representing the famous character by Bruno Bozzetto for the school, and in a 1.200 Euro grant for the author of the most meritorious work. The Jury will gather on Saturday 23 July, at 9.00 am, at the Cinema Teatro Tiberio, in order to watch the films and choose the winner.

1st "CARTOON CLUB" Award
Dedicated to animation films made by professional directors and production houses from all over the world.
A qualified international Jury assign the “Cartoon Club Award”, consisting in a special trophy made in plexiglass, with a serigraphy of Kelvin the seagull, which is the mascotte of the festival. The Jury will gather on Saturday 23 July, at 11.00 am, at the Cinema Teatro Tiberio, in order to watch the films and choose the winner.

15th "FRANCO FOSSATI" Award
Dedicated to Italian books, essays, histories about comics art.
This award is dedicated to the memory of one of the most important critics of comics of our country (and others). It has the purpose to promote and stimulate the scientific research concerning comics, and it is organized together with the Fondazione Fossati, the Anonima Fumetti, the A.N.A.F.I. and the Centro Fumetto “Andrea Pazienza”.

7th “Faith in Strips” Award
Dedicated to the works of religious inspiration in the comics world.
The history of comics never underestimated the religious themes, neither in the strict sense, nor in the broader meaning of a true research of the spiritual element. In Italy, we have a long, even if often unrecognized, tradition of important comics strictly connected to the religious world and to the ecclesiastical structures. The "Faith in Strips" Award is given to the best Italian productions that conveys religious values through the approach of comics.

3rd "CARTOON KIDS " Award
Dedicated to animation films addressed to children.
Third edition for the "Cartoon Kids " Award! This one is dedicated to the films suitable for an audience of children, among all the films submitted to the Festival. In fact, the jury of this Award is made by 5 children from primary schools, coordinated by an expert about animation cinema, and by a specialized journalist.

2nd "CARTOON JUNIOR" Award
Dedicated to animation films made by children of primary school during animation workshops.
In many primary schools, clever professionals of animation cinema and expert people from clubs, associations and film institutes, organize very interesting workshops about animation cinema, teaching children how to make and animated film. The "Cartoon Junior" Award is dedicated to these short films: they are very simple but, nevertheless, they communicate important contents and a solid team-work.
