If you like to take advantage of the holiday in order to read a comic-book, comfortably laying on a deck chair, know that on Rimini’s beach there is even someone who makes these comics for the pleasure of the sunshade neighbours.

“People by now are reading less and less, and in addition there is still a certain distrust towards comic strips. The idea that in the end it is just a children’s pastime, perhaps even mis-educational – explains the artistic director Sabrina Zanetti – What better opportunity to prove the contrary?”
So, a team of titled authors will enter the field on Saturday, 19th and Sunday, 20th July at the Seaside Resort 27, in the Seaside Area of Rimini (just a few meters from the village prepared by Cartoon Club in Fellini Square), armed with pencils and markers to give life to a story under the tourists’ eyes.

“Comics on the beach” is one of the proposals that fill and amuse the programme of Cartoon Club, an anomalous festival of Animation Cinema and Comics spread in the bathing capital for the whole month of July.
